[voyager] Insufficient Encryption

I know there was a way to get around the "This document requires a larger secret key 
size for encryption than your browser is capable of
supporting." problem, but can't really remember how (spoof as Mozilla
doesn't seem to work), but dunno what ..
I think it had something to do with the secure site expecting a higher
version of mozilla (or IE) than the one spoofed.
