Yes, this is a most annoying one especially since it prevents you from
flipping screens via keyboard, and you end up having to reach for the
mouse if you don't want to garble up the URL gadget.
In my experience, I suspect this happens because said keys for some
unfathomable reason act as 'forward', and V tries to go forward, but
since you're on the foremost page there is no document in 'forward'
('forward' arrow is ghosted on the toolbar), and resultantly V looks
for a document where there is none.
Try pressing any of those keys when your 'forward' arrow in toolbar
*isn't* ghosted. I'll betcha it acts as if you clicked on 'forward'.
I really hope this bug gets fixed, as it's gotten me to tear out my
hair dozens of times when I've reflexively tried to flip screens via
Amiga-M...
