Are you writing it to be as portable to new OSes (Neutrino, Intent) as
possible? Are there plenty of comments in the code?
Generally, I don't see how it could be done better within the budget.
The Team Plans are much appreciated. It may be that for such a small
team, too many programs are being worked on.
Even with missing features, I still prefer using V to IE or Netscape
(have both here).
