IB is getting closer and closer to V and has nifty additions too:
* it looks very stable now,
* The new download scheme seems very powerful,
* the new opened fab menus are really nice too,
* the search in page function is accessed easily
* the Tabbed browser is very convenient (Great idea)
* a few arexx command make it interfacable with lots of cool stuff, that V
can't... The new 2.2 release made me use IB equally to V3, just because I
know I can transfer url through rexx scripts, and eventually use an adapted
wgetrexx script..
And it's true that it's faster than V... these things are minor but make a
difference... Anyway the V find plugin is something I miss in IB, V's
interface is much better too, despite the Tabbed window that is really very
nice...
Sorry but you asked (answers would've been different if the question had
been asked a week before)

If you mean NEW feature, CSS/DHTML.
Else, Javascript.
