Well, presumably this is only happening for certain people because they've got their 
mail software set up wrong.

Those people who are having the problem should make sure that they DON'T have the 
reply-to: set to their own address.

You should only use the reply-to: setting if you want replies to go somewhere other 
than your from: address. Otherwise it's possible (as it would appear in this case) 
that you are causing some servers to send replies back to you. (In practice, error 
messages aren't meant to work that way, but then you aren't supposed to use the 
reply-to that way either...!)
