Well, I did also consider this and added the application/pdf MIME type. And
I can easily then let Voyager invoke APDF to view the PDF file externally,
but as far as I can see there is no possible way of invoking the APDF
plugin to view the file internally -- and the latter is naturally what I
want. Or is there a way to invoke the plugin instead. If I check "use
internal viewer" it does nothing but save the file to my cache directory.
As I said above, when I tested the page locally on my drive I experienced
none of these problems. I suppose it is because the application/pdf MIME
type is set automatic by the web server and this naturally didn't occur
when testing locally.
