Take a look at http://www.magicmenu.de , go to the download page and
download MUIPopPatch ( http://www.magicmenu.de/soft/MUIPopPatch.lzx ),
put it in your WBstartup drawer and set its MUI settings to start
iconified and without an appicon. I've been using it for at least a year
without any problems.
