Hi All,
I realize that this is a bit OT, but, I wanted to get it out to as
large a bunch of people, as fast as I could. Here goes.
Those of you, who are using a graphics card in your Amiga, has it
made any difference how your Amiga handles the giant amount of graphics
data, throuwn, at it, from the Internet? I am having something of an
argument: I say that a Graphics board will help; he says it only
allows you to see more colors at a higher resolution. I say, that, it
may prevent the Amiga from crashing, because the Amiga does not know
haow to deal with the torrent of graphics data; he says that, it only
gives more colors at higher resolutions. Is anyone correct? Who is?
Are we partially correct? In what way(s).
I have a GVP Spectrum Board, which I will be installing, this week-
end, into my A3000. But, until I have it, up-and-running, to test
things out, I would appreciate some sort of answer.
Thanks for all your patience.
Julian.
