I've asked David Gerber privately some time ago and he told me CSS will be
addressed in the near future.

The same do I. Style Sheets (at least CSS1) are legitimate ourdays and
used a lot. I like the idea to keep the code small by its use. One also
can get effects like one I use on my own homepage (see footer). I have the
background picture fixed (like a wallpaper). There is no legitimate way to
achieve this without CSS.
I also have problems to see my bank's homepage as we use CSS a lot. It is
very nice to have a constant look&feel through 350 pages.
