If you decoded the keyfile using Outlook (Express)
then it's probably either corrupted, or fucked (as we
say in the business).
The same goes for YAM, I found.
It stems from crappy decoding functions falling
over on certain types of file.
What I'd do is use YAM to export the mail, strip
the headers and decode it manually with a base64
or uudecode utility.
I couldn't get Outlook to export a mail properly
without stripping the attachment :(
