I think that is the only thing that Miami requires along with you
setting DHCP in, what, three places. My ISP also requires you to give
your Computer a name that they provide, otherwise nothing. The Etherlink
allows me to provide that too.

Suprised that they did not give you a package with all of the basic
information.
Try using MiamiInt to get some of the information. It worked with my ISP
when I was direct but one person here said he had to do a quick cancel
of the first part of the Init to get the rest.

Good luck. I am one of the guys that the last revision broke a link to
one of the libs or something. Everything is setup correctly but it says
not all the vlibs are installed.
BTW if you can swing it the LinkSys is the slickest way I have seen to
be able to access the web with multiple computers. It allows you to do
either and both DHCP or fixed with your local computers.
