Did it work before? What was it trying to load when it froze? Are

Installed any programs that might have installed old versions of MUI
libraries?

Does your old Voyager (3.2.13?) still work? If so make a copy of the
directory, rename it VBeta or somesuch, copy the V (3.3.95) executable
to it and copy the image decoders from the archive to the plugins
directory (overwriting the old image decoders).
Does it work now?
