Stability first, printing second. If you really
need to print, use V 3.2.13 or something of
that era.

There are lots of tools on Aminet for stripping
HTML tags.

Which site, what kind of crash? It's perfectly
possible to browse the internet without crashes,
but without pinpointing the sites that DO nuke
your machine, it's impossible to stop it happening.

Internal versions are lots more stable due to some
fixes with regard to popup windows and other JS
stuff, plus some layout is much improved.
