For what it's worth, I upped the stack to 100,000 just to be sure.
the spec of my system is A1200T, 175Mhz PPC, 25MHz '040, 128Mb Fast RAM,
BVision, Yamaha CDRW8824S, 32x Toshiba CD-ROM, 9Gb IBM UW SCSI hard drive,
2.1Gb Toshiba 2.5" IDE drive. The only hacks running on my system are
HappyENV, AssignPrefs, Killclick2 and a little proggy called Reset Handler
which gives me back my three fingered reset on my Eyeteck EZ-Key SE.
