I know this has been gone over many times in the past. I'm sorry,
but I have to ask the question again.
When I open the 3.3.104 beta, I get a window that says the following:
Couldn't open the image decoders.
Please check that you have PROGDIR:Plugins/vimgdec_<cpu>.vlib
installed properly!
