I was experiencing this too. I reinstalled and reinstalled. Finally, I
stopped using V for two-three months. Later I deinstalled everything and
tried again. Then I stated sticking the various Voyager libs in every
directory they might want. Then one mysterious reboot and it started
working.

I flat out do not know why this happened to me. But this is the second
time that this has occured and I know many other people had this
problem.

It would sure be nice to know why this happens.
