I just verified it and it works on time. Then there seems to be someting
in the cache which prevents the 4 digit code (image) to be updated.

I can understand that. Unfortunately it uses methods to block direct
access so you've got to access http://www.lycos.de/service/sms/
and hit the yellow button in the middle "neue sms verschicken".
On the next page again one of the yellow buttons.
On the next page the left yellow button "akzeptieren"
On the next page you'll finally get the sms input screen and enter
"1234567" behind "0151-" and some text. The 4 digit code in the graphics
has to be entered in the field at the button and the you hit "abschicken"
(left button).
