V will load a form, you click to add something to your basket and get redirected to the form. The cookie will have been set correctly but rather than re-fetching, V will display the cached version of the form, which was stored before the cookie was set and so will show no items in your basket. You then do something else which forces V to fetch another copy of the form, and lo, there is the item. This even happens with SSL forms, and I thought V wasn't supposed to cache them at all.
