if I'm the one dealing with all of these bugreports, I don't find it at all
unreasonable that I should suggest how you actually report them.

After all, if I didn't like the "tone" of a bugreport I could always discard
it.

You might get pissed off and mail Olli directly.. but he just forwards
bugreports to me anyway.

There's no getting around it - I am your bug contact in Vapor, and I get
to say what I like in bugreports and what I don't, right? As a programmer,
you like a certain kind of information. As a programmer, I might not. But
then you aren't the one sifting bugreports here, are you?

Suffice to say "But Ibrowse manages to do it" or words to that effect do
not help anybody. Saying "V doesn't do text highlighting, I have to use
IBrowse to copy text out of the pages" doesn't motivate anyone to fix it
like you think it would. Nobody is running around worrying that you
have to fire up IBrowse instead of V :)
