It appears that your faulty mailer, whatever you might be using, for some
reason are using quoted-printable to encode dots though the header claims
it is using 8bit.
If you edit the message and changes 8bit to quoted-printable in the message
header, then YAM appears to display your message just fine.
I can only recommend that you find some better software. I find YAM 2.1 to
be a quite good piece of software, http://www.yam.ch
