This is long standing issue in DPDK e1000 driver likely caused by bad e1000 
emulation.
Still, bad emulation is still not good excuse for lack of error message 
throttling.

There is even patch submitted to fix this issue:

But it never went upstream…

As Dave suggested, switch to vmxnet3 will solve this issue…
