no, wasn't know yet, but I guess I have to 'add' 
the config options for other architectures too ...

for now, add this line somewhere in arch/sparc64/config.in ...

tristate 'Virtual Root device support' CONFIG_BLK_DEV_VROOT

and it should work ...
