You could use "vserver" script from freevps-tools for build new vps server:
vserver <vps-name> build <vps-number>

Let me explain: version 1.2 has already released but version 1.3 is in 
beta-state now, we announce future features of 1.3 for information purpose 
only.

It was some period when we hide all rpms based on rh kernel 2.4.18 because we 
found heavy critical bug in original kernel code. So FreeVPS 1.2 imediately 
migrated to kernel 2.4.21 and now full pack of FreeVPS 1.2 rpms is available 
for download.

All of our _release_ versions are production-ready. We release new versions 
only after full test cycle.
FreeVPS 1.2 is a production-ready release.
