Thank you for your response, Bastian.  I mentioned at the end of the message
that I realized I could use a pre-compiled kernel with both Xen and Vserver
but those tend to be abit out of date.  So, I was still hoping to gain some
insite into what it would take to patch and compile a 2.6.16.33 (or what
ever version kernel would work) with both Xen and Vserver.
