In Formatter.cpp the locale is set to ".1252". This is failing on Linux
(Fedora Core 2), presumably because I lack appropriate locale files for
CP1252. I haven't yet drummed up a source for these files. (Nothing at
least on the first page of Google hits.) I find this info on CP1252 in
Wikipedia:
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows-1252>
Is this being done because the VSS files are in 1252?
"locale -a" doesn't list anything similar, although it does list some 8859
ones, including en_US.iso88591. "iconv -l" does list CP1252 and
Windows-1252, but I think you were avoiding using libiconv.
