I have "0.10 beta 2" from the download page (grabbed it last night).
Are orphaned files the same as destroyed files? -James -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Dirk Sent: Friday, August 04, 2006 4:33 AM To: Vss2Svn Users Subject: Re: Migration Errors > > I get a large number (hundreds) of errors during the migration > process... below is a sampling of a few of them. > > Are these errors normal? > Yes and no. It depends on the type of errors. If you had destroyed files in your archive, the errors are normal. The difference in size can be due to the fact, that you have orphaned files. The compression ratio of vss and svn are similiar. You shouldn't see a major difference. Which version are you using? If it is the old 1.10, the orphaned files are not handled correctly.
