Ok I got it to dump, but now I realized that I need to create multiple repositories not just one repository. I have gotten as far as dumped revisions Now I am trying to create dumpfiles. I put the following in a command prompt: "vss2svn-dumpfile.txt" | svndumpfilter include AlertDirector.root > Alertdirect-dumpfile.txt And press enter and receive the following: Including Prefixes: '/Alertdirector.root' Svndumpfilter: Premature end of content data in dumpstream A AlertDirect-dumpfile.txt file was created in the folder but only 1K. I tried it by following the directions, but when I put cat "vss2svn-dumpfile.txt" | ... I got a message that 'cat' is not a internal or external command.
