Itcl required for vTcl is OK, but...
Does this mean that applications created by vTcl will not run without
vTcl?
I find that more meople use my apps if they run with Tcl/Tk out-of-the-box
without extensions. Is Itcl supposed to be part of the Tcl core in a
future Tcl release?
