The tearoff box is listed when you select a menu (M icon in the widget
tree).

For a menubutton, in the widget tree you should select the menu
underneath the menu button to get access to the tearoff option.

In the menu editor, right click on a cascade menu then select Tearoff to
check/uncheck.

Is there any way to tell vTcl 1.5.1b4 make menus with no tearoff
attribute by default?  I can set the attribute in the source file by
hand, but there is no tearoff box listed in the attribute window for
menu buttons, nor does the menu editor seem to handle it.
