I am sorry but my experience is limited to Microsoft XP and Windows 98. On these, ActiveTcl installs with a double-click and works without tweaking. In order to make BLT autoload, I think I moved the BLT library to the C:\tcl\lib path ( make it a subdirectory of your tcl library path ). Alternatively, you could add <path to BLT libs> to auto_path

lappend auto_path <path to BLT libs>
