TCL + C/C++

Hi,

i am 'TOTALLY' new to TCL. Anyway i have explored VTCL and found
it interesting. 

What i would like to know is if i can use C/C++ entirely as backend code and 
use VTCL GUI  builder. Or will i have to learn TCL to to use VTCL
