Put the following into your ~/.fvwm2rc. If you're using the old fvwm, I
don't know if this is available. I would guess YES, since I _may_ have
gotten these from my old Slackware setup before switching to Debian in
Jan'96. I've lost track...

Also, I _love_ the following. ALT-MB1 lets you click and drag any window
whether it has a frame or not.
