I am using fvwm as my WM and consequently it does not give a title bar
for the tool bar. This makes it hard to move the toolbar around.
Can someone clue me in on how to do this? Ditto for the command
console, which I cannot make go away other than editing .vtclrc.
BTW Vtcl looks pretty neat. I am trying to build a simple data entry
screen to enter multi-field records into a flat file. I'm not too
proud to grovel looking for examples or others who have done this
already.
