[vtcl] Welcome back, Stewart!

Good to have you back with us!  I'm starting to really explore Tcl/Tk
and Visual Tcl.  I hope to learn lots more about these as time goes on.

My biggest push in studying vtcl and Tcl/Tk is keyboard behavior.  I
hope to contribute something substantial in this regard, once I learn
how to do things.
