Would it be possible to special-case this in the 
AbstractNegatingComparisonOperation?
Otherwise it seems to be that we would need to special-case this in the 
subclasses of AbstractNegatingComparisonOperation by overriding the 
corresponding operate... methods.

Does this make sense?
