Ok, things are looking good. 
Preston's branch has been merged into master and we also added a few licensing 
headers (and Rat excludes for expected test results).
The site was also updated to point to the git repository as it was still 
pointing to svn.
I think that we can merge this now into the staging branch to finalize the 
release.
