I have been on many lists like this one over the years and on
each there are always a few individuals who take pleasure in trying to
humiliate someone for a "dumb" question. I firmly believe the only dumb
question is the one not ask. Our fishing regulations are incredibly complex as
is flyfishing and flytying. It's nice a few of you "know it all",for the rest
of us this list is a great way to learn. Finally, the saddest part of this
whole thing is the chilling effect it will have on the silent majority
who monitor this list but fear to express themselves because of such
attacks.
