Hello Leland, from the "Tropical Bitterroot".
There are other "good guy guides" I am acquainted with from the Peninsula who are catch and release only on wild fish:
J.D. Love of  Forks was involved in some of the original efforts to protect wild steelhead years ago.  He guides both gear and fly fishermen.
Dave Stienbaugh of "Waters West" in Port Angeles is a fly fishing guide who practices C&R on wild fish.
Ron Gra of Bellingham who does a lot of work on the Peninsula as well as Skagit/Sauk is also C&R on wild fish.
