Hi Brett

It's possible that there is extra traffic being generated as a result of
things like the NIMDA virus - I know this has been the case for many iinet
customers in the last couple of months and I suspect that high bandwidth
connections like Ellenbrooks cable would be particularly attractive
targets.

I didn't realise that Ellenbrook has had cable for 5 years though...

Cheers,
Meg

Subject: Blowout in Iinet charges?

Just wondering if anyone else has had a blowout in iinets charges since
they
started their new accounting system in June??
I've never had any over allowance charges for 5 years but suddenly
they're
charging me $200 a month for i don't know why.
Their 500meg limit has never bothered me til now! and i've not changed any
thing.
Is it just me?

Brett Curtis
Ellenbrook,
Western Australia
