Hi all, I have a friend in Singapore who has an iMac that won't boot unless you zap the PRAM since she installed a firmware update a few days ago (she's not sure which one it was).
It now won't boot from a CD or an external drive and announces that the system software is incompatible if you try and reinstall the system from it's system discs. It's a Dalmation iMac (no accounting for taste!!) running OS 9.1 Any suggestions gratefully received!!
