P.S. I sent pics instructing a novice user how to dismantle their iMac, and they duly arrived with their hard drive in hand. Not as scarey as one might think.
In my experience it's much more difficult to put them together again with all the parts lining up correctly than to take them apart! (But then that was true of Mac Pluses as well :)
