If you are referring to the pic of the man with the whiskers,
it is only 4k on my desktop

Neil's suggestion about resource fork and using Graphic converter

do the trick to allow upload of the pic, which is only about 7k, but
in the
get info window it still says it is 97k.
Must study the new version of Graphic Converter I have downloaded - so
many
options.
