For a bit of Friday fun, what do WAMUGgers call their hard drives or
servers?
To get the ball rolling, my G4 MDD drives are John, Paul, George and
Ringo (easy guess what icons I use!), while my Powerbook is Calvin and
external FW drive is Hobbes (after the comic strip characters).
I used to give them names like "Big" or "Small" but that became
confusing so probably as a reaction to my post above I just call things
by the simplest adjective I can think of combine with the size so my
drives are "tech 60" , "music 120", "boot 80", "FW 160".
Not much fun there I'm sorry Rod!
