They're both good, but iPod Util is a bit fiddly in that every track shows up and you have to uncheck the tracks that you don't want to copy across.

Yes I did notice that the new version of PodUtil (2.5) doesn't appear to be as flexible out of the box as previous versions. In previous versions there was a button "Select None" which overrode the default behaviour of selecting all songs etc to be copied. I notice in version 2.5 that there is a contextual menu option "Select None", but it doesn't appear to work for me (maybe this is one of the Advanced options available on registering). if you can get your hands on the earlier 2.0 version you will be able to avoid this issue.
