Closest is probably Network Utility in /Applications/Utilities. Has
traceroute, ping, lookup, netstat, appletalk, whois, finger, and the
ultra dangerous port scan in the one program. Also allows diagnosis
on different network connections ie ethernet and wireless.
BTW wamuggers, don't port scan your ISPs gateway address. Unless if
you want MIB agents on your front door :-)
