Followup: I'm not sure whether Cameraland have changed software or changed staff or both, but I had discussions with them today and gave up: - no pdf printing - no them-downloading-from-my-webserver - their file upload system depends on installing a Windows .exe file on your computer and they're completely uninterested in feeding back to their national office about changing this - they tried to convince me that I couldn't bring them a CD of jpgs burned on a Macintosh because their computers wouldn't be able to read Mac-burned CDs. So I bailed out and went to Snap (had a chat with Discus too, but they were twice the price of Snap). Snap's "send file" form on their website is simple and worked perfectly in Firefox, and I got a phonecall ten minutes later from my local branch finalising the order and saying I could pick it up first thing in the morning (this was about 3 pm or later this afternoon). Five dollars per A3 print (single print run, full colour) and five dollars per sheet for laminating. Will let you know how they look tomorrow if anyone's interested.
