Hi All,

Just to note a fix for me. My mother had also been having this issue and after reading this message I checked that it was Safari 3.0.4, which it was. I then reset Safari and it logged in fine.

Try: Reset Safari, uncheck 'Block Popup Windows', and have Java & JavaScript enabled.
Also restart your computer.
