You can't go wrong with Wetsnet Bill, they are fantastic.
They called me back on  the mobile when Telstra disconnected my line for the
2nd time in a month (for no reason). & stayed with me until we got some
sense from Telstra (still waiting for Telstra to reconnect ADSL!).
Their service makes them number one in my book!
