I agree completely Richard. I would never recommend Bigpond to a Mac user!
To leave Westnet and go with Bigpond ... you have to be joking ...
I have just had a very plausible-- and pleasant Indian salesperson at my door and he talked me into changing from Westnet who have given me exceptional service for some years.
Telstra / Bigpond are always extremely pleasant ... that is until they get you signed up. Then if you want any service or support ... forget it.
Think very seriously Mac before you pull the pin on Westnet and go to Bigpond.
