Well I could see that it was no longer 9:00 am but everyone else had a
go so I thought I would try. I printed off and followed the steps
that were given.
Everything went through okay, I sent off my form which was accepted
all okay (around 4:00 pm Perth time) - however I have not received any
reply email so I guess I was one of the unlucky people who will not
receive the free version of Aurora!

Found the problem, given others' success. I was simply copying the
FREE24 text from the Tom Nelson blog page. I found that there was
an extra space character coming across with the copy. Got rid of
that and it all worked.
